Account, purchases & time
Buy interview hours on the website, then use the same account in the app.
Plans and the timer
- Choose the validity period and interview hours on Pricing. Purchases are one-time, without auto-renewal. Each plan card shows its price and access.
- Access is granted after payment confirmation. Buying again adds usable hours immediately, with a separate validity period for each purchase.
- Time is deducted from start to end. Hiding the window, pausing audio, and stopping an answer do not pause it. Lifetime validity does not mean unlimited hours.
Sign-in methods and orders
- Link email or Google in Account to share access and history. Keep at least one usable sign-in method when unlinking.
- Open My orders on the website for payment and refund status. Eligible orders show the relevant request action.
