Check for updates

Update steps

1. Choose Check for updates under App updates in Settings or Account. Checking does not install anything.
2. If an update is available, choose Download update and wait for it to finish.
3. Restart to install ends the interview and saves history first. Manual-update mode directs you to the official installer.

If an update needs attention

Check the connection and retry, noting the current version and message. Install updates before, rather than immediately at, an important interview.
