App, transcript, and answer languages
Set the app, transcription, and AI response languages independently.
What each setting controls
- App language: change it at the top of Settings. Labels update immediately without changing interview content languages.
- Speech language: detect languages automatically or prefer the chosen language. This guides transcription rather than translating speech.
- AI answer language: controls generated responses independently of speech and interface languages.
A common setup
For an English interview with Chinese reference answers, choose English or automatic speech recognition and Simplified Chinese answers. Use either app language.
