Interview context & instructions
Set your target role, interview background, and answer instructions before the interview. AI uses them as context for each question to give more relevant and accurate answers.
Three context fields
- Target role: add the position and seniority, such as Sales Manager or Senior Product Manager.
- Interview type: technical, behavioral, general, or system design. Leave it unspecified if you prefer.
- Additional context: up to 1,000 characters for answer requirements, business background, or experience to emphasize. Keep it focused.
An example instruction
For example: “I’m interviewing for a Customer Success Manager role serving enterprise clients. Lead with the recommendation, then give three supporting points focused on client communication and follow-through.”
These fields accompany questions from transcripts and screenshots. Recognition terms are separate: they guide transcription rather than instructing AI.
