System permissions

• Screen Recording and system-audio permissions support call capture and display screenshots. Follow system prompts to allow the current app under Privacy & Security.
• If the system asks you to reopen the app after a permission change, do so before checking again.

In-app diagnostics

1. Run Connection check in Settings to inspect the network, sign-in, permissions, and service status. Cancel a running check or clear its results afterward.
2. Resolve the item reported by the check. If needed, send support the relevant error and app version, without verification codes or keys.
