Install the app

1. Get the installer from the download page and check its system requirements. The current Mac installer supports macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel.
2. On Mac, open the DMG, drag InterviewLOL into Applications, and launch it from there. The download page lists released installers only.
3. The app starts in English. Switch to Simplified Chinese from the language menu before sign-in or in Settings. Older language defaults are reset once; later launches keep your choice on this device. Your account, history and other settings are preserved.

Use one account across app and web

• Email sign-in: request a code and use the latest email to sign in. Your first sign-in creates an account; no password setup is needed.
• Google sign-in opens in your browser. To share an existing email account’s access, sign in to that account first and link Google.
• Select “Remember me for 30 days” to save your session in your user’s app data. Signing out removes it. If it expires during an interview, you can finish that interview before signing in again.
• Matching email addresses do not by themselves link separate accounts. Check the account ID, plan, and history in the app.
