INTERVIEWLOL
Refund Policy
Updated and effective:
This policy explains refund requests, manual review, refunds to the original payment method and access changes for InterviewLOL digital services. Read it with the Terms of Service, plan description and order before paying. Contact [email protected] for payment questions.
1. Purchases and delivery
Current plans are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The order at purchase states the price, currency, validity, interview time and features. Newly purchased monthly plans last exactly 30 days (30 × 24 hours) from when access is credited.
Access is credited to the purchasing account after the payment provider confirms payment. Returning to the website, a screenshot or a pending card debit alone does not prove payment. Contact support with your order reference if a confirmed payment has not delivered access.
2. How to request a refund
Sign in to the account used for purchase, open a paid order under My orders, select an eligible payment and submit an amount and reason. Stripe payments allow requests for the remaining full amount or a partial amount, subject to manual review.
If sign-in or the order form is unavailable, or a record is incorrect, email [email protected] from your linked email with the order reference, payment time, requested amount and issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card numbers or payment passwords. Raise issues promptly so records and delivery can be checked. This policy does not shorten rights provided by applicable law.
3. What we review
We review the original order, payment and refund records, actual delivery and use, the terms applicable at purchase and applicable law. A request does not immediately transfer funds or end access. Review and provider statuses are available in the order.
You can report duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, access missing after confirmed payment, or technical issues preventing delivery. After verification, the duplicate or incorrect charge, undelivered service and applicable law determine the amount refunded or other appropriate resolution. We may need additional relevant order or issue information.
4. Used or nearly expired plans
Requests for used plans are assessed individually against delivery, remaining access, the issue and applicable law. We do not promise an automatic calculation based only on remaining days, and do not reject every request solely because expiry is near.
For example, using 29 days of a 30-day plan does not automatically entitle you to a full refund. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and other matters requiring a remedy by law can still be reviewed. AI output is reference material and does not guarantee an interview, hiring or other outcome.
5. Review and provider confirmation
Approval means the platform agrees to an amount and an access decision. It does not mean the money has arrived. The payment provider may require a separate human security approval or further processing. Do not create another refund while the original is awaiting approval or its result is unconfirmed.
The order shows the decision and refund status. Contact support with your order reference and additional facts if you dispute a declined request or approved amount. Refund records, orders and corresponding access update only after the original payment provider confirms success.
6. Full refunds, partial refunds and access
When cumulative refunds equal the original payment, remaining access associated with that payment ends. Other valid orders are not affected.
For a partial refund, the review explicitly states whether corresponding access is retained or ended. We do not automatically convert the refund into a number of remaining days or interview minutes. The decision appears in the request record.
7. Destination and bank processing
Refunds return through the original payment provider to the original payment method. The approved and provider-confirmed record determines the amount and currency. Provider and bank processing can take additional time; a successful platform status does not guarantee simultaneous bank posting.
Contact support to check the original refund and available tracking information if it has not appeared after an extended period. Do not submit duplicate requests or share your card password with another party.
8. Existing purchases, disputes and statutory rights
This explanation of the process does not retroactively reduce the terms applicable at your purchase or your statutory rights. It does not exclude any withdrawal, refund, remedy or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
A card dispute follows your issuer’s process and differs from an ordinary refund request. Tell support if you have already disputed a payment so the same payment can be reconciled without duplicate handling. This policy does not restrict your legal right to raise a bank dispute.
